I had to stop manufacturing on the skirt I had not got the zip for the back of the skirt with me. As the zip was the next step of manufacturing.
Cutting the fabric and wire out for the shoulders.
Bagging the fabric out and placing the wire inside the fabric and wadding

Bias Bind the neck line
