ALL ORGANISED

--To help keep myself organised I have decided some folders for my final patterns (a bit OCD I know) The folders have a cad drawing attached to them with fabric swatches and of course its all colour coordinated!

OUTFIT FOUR - COMPLETED

- As I have now completed manufacturing outfit four! I have finished all the manufacturing for my current brief, all that is left to do is the alterations in fittings week!

Outfit four - Manufacturing trousers

- For outfit 4 I decided to use the same trouser pattern as outfit 1 therefore there was no need to toile the trousers and I could go straight ahead with manufacturing in the final fabric.

Outfit 4 - toiling top and manufacturing top in final fabric

- as I had decided my fourth outfit was going to be a jacket top and trousers instead of just a coat. I then had to toile a quick crop top!
- I fortunately had an old crop top pattern that I adapted off, by creating a waistband for an elastic hem.

MANUFACTURING IN FINAL FABRIC

PROBLEM
as I hadn't tested if the toile crop top could fit over somebody head before making the top in final fabric, I had to think of a solution on how to make the top fit over somebody's head. To fix the problem I put a zip down the shoulder seam to open up the neck hole.
