Behind the scene

As part of one of the tasks on our new brief, we were paired up with another student and given a word to be the starting point of our own magazine story, our word was 'vintage' and we were also given the magazine 'TANK' to aim our magazine story at, therefore we had to consider 'TANK's target audience and study what the magazine was about.

We considered hair styles, make-up, outfits and location. Here in this photo is our final decision on the hair, make-up, outfit and location. We choose the location of a train station as we got our inspiration from the match.com advert, which was located at a train station with a young lady on one platform and young gentlemen on the other side.

Psychology of colour

I've recently been researching into the psychology of colour and came across an example of the psychology of colour being used.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ogetBqMgau0 . The Coca Cola Christmas advert has been around for years and links to the use of psychology of colour as their famous colour is red and red is used for Christmas and Father Christmas, this has been used in The Coca Cola advert
